Reviews for Bodum 5679-01US C-Mill Blade Grinder, Black (Kitchen) I've had nothing but excellent from this grinder and would recommend it. I AM drinking more coffee because it produces the sort of high quality clean cup. I shake it round because it hums and faucet it out into my Bodum French Press and, man, what a excellent cup of coffee. It has made me move up the coffee bean route (via Whole Foods) from my just right previous household same previous. Ethiopian beans, fresh floor with this desktop, contemporary shaked into the click and zapp! I'm wakeful to sip and revel in my morning. It's been the great laptop you'd predict from Bodum and gifts a pleasant expertise. I fresh grind all my coffee now.
Reviews for Bodum 5678-57USA C-Mill Blade Grinder, Stainless Steel (Kitchen) This coffee grinder is very inconvenient to use--getting the bottom espresso out of the laptop is tough and messy. Removing the espresso requires a tiny spoon or a brush, and even then is incomplete, leaving dregs in the grinder to turn rancid and damage the flavour of future espresso, and a mess on the counter. I've used a few cheaper editions that have been lots less bother. Also, the physique of the grinder is just too fat to decide up securely with one hand, growing an inclination to drop it and make an even larger mess. It seems like little or no thought went into this design.
Reviews for Bodum 5679-582USA C-Mill Blade Grinder, Teal (Kitchen) I bought this coffee grinder in July of 2003. I love the design and the colour matches our other teal accented kitchen items perfectly. It does a decent job of ginding espresso, however after handiest 5 months, of as soon as a day use, it started to advance vertical stress cracks in the plastic casing around the top. As of at the moment (January 2004), more cracks have enhanceed and the preliminary cracks have turn out to be even longer (going down below the inner stainless-steel "bowl"). Because of the entire cracks, the lid now matchs very bathroom loosely, and I'm afraid that with more use, the cracks will continue to increase downward, rendering your complete unit unusable. The stainless-steel cased model is also learn how to go, but in view that we don't have any stainless steel equipment in our kitchen, I might be changing my grinder with some different model.
