coffee from burr-ground beans vs. blade-ground beans).
I used to be puzzled that the entire unit wobbles, on all
surfaces. But I noticed that it stands on four little rubber ft. I simply
removed the toes, and now it take a seats flat on the surface--much better.
In theory, this will likely make it noisier, for the explanation that sound will get transmitted
to the countertop extra, without the rubber buffer. But it can be lovely quiet
anyway, so that is a non-issue.

Boy, was I satisfied once I obtained this grinder. It is most probably best 1 of 2 as loud as my former Cuisanart Burr Grinder. We want a finer grind to our coffee so it is a very efficient machine for us.
