I despatched it back for guarantee repair (cost me $9) in two weeks I got it back. A week and half of later the repaired unit failed. I known as Nesco to whinge. They said they might ship a alternative unit. I obtained the unit and within per week that one failed! That made three of them. I was once so fed up I did not search for a fourth one. I simply pitched it within the trash and regarded as it a $40 lesson in "you get what you pay for". DON'T BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP! PS When it worked it was no longer just right. Very arduous to dispose of the grounds with no making a mess. Machine may now not ship a sufficient route grind.
